Event time: 1pm until 5pm
Set up time either Friday evening or Saturday morning. Set up depending on each
vendors needs
Booth info: 10 x 10 ft areas unless specified otherwise
Please bring your own pop up or umbrella(s), tables. table cloths and chair (we do have
some extra chairs)
Dressing room will be available in the garage
Cashiering Information: Each vendor will be cashiering and bagging (or gift wrapping)
their owns sales
I will provide triplicate Invoice Forms for each vendor
Please fill out customer information and itemize each sale please
Top white form will go to Customer
Pink form will go to the vendor
Yellow Form will stay in the book and be given back to Kim at end of the day along with
20% of the total sales – cash or check made out to Sophie’s Dream, Inc.
Advertising: I will be designing and printing 5 x 7 inch postcards that I will distribute to
each vendor so that they may pass out for advertising the marketplace
Please announce on social media to your friends and clients as well ☺
Fees & Permits: I am not charging a booth fee but the City of Sierra Madre does need
each vendor to fill out a day business permit (pdf of form sent in email) that needs to be
submitted with $40 - if the event is called off due to rain the fees will be refunded.
Like mentioned above I will be asking for 20% of each vendors sales – this is the only
fee. I am not asking any fee to hold your spot. If for some reason you need to back out at
the last minute please let me know as soon as possible.
